非线性PID控制器在主蒸汽温度控制中的应用

         

摘要

针对传统线性PID控制器中控制参数固定导致的控制品质下降的问题,分析了控制参数与对象误差的理想变化关系,给出了控制参数随误差变化的非线性函数,基于此设计了非线性PID(NPID)控制器,并利用Simulink中的NCD模块对其进行了参数整定,并将NPID控制器应用于主蒸汽温度控制系统.仿真结果表明NPID较常规PID具有更好的控制品质和鲁棒性.%Directing against the problems of the fixed control porameters in traditional PID controller leading to poor control quality, an ideal variation relationship between the error of control parameter and the error of object has been analysed, a non-linear function of the control parameter along with the error variation being given. A non-linear PID controller has been designed on the basis of said non -linear function,and the parameters being set by using NCD module in Simulink. The non-linear PID controller has been used to a main steam temperature control system. The emulation result shows that the non-linear PID controller has better control quality and robustness than that of a conventional PID controller.
