槽式太阳能集热系统动态仿真

         

摘要

A lumped mathematical model was established and then experimentally verified according to the photo-thermal conversion process of parabolic trough collector.On this basis,a modular solar simulation system was built and the steady and dynamic characteristics of this system were tested.The results show that,the factors irradiation,fluid inlet temperature and fluid flow have a great effect on operation perform-ances of the heat collection field.When the solar irradiation drops from 900 W/m2 to 0,the system's time-constant is approximately 5 min.While when the fluid flow of 11.4 m3/h jumps to 22.8 m3/h and drops to 5.7 m3/h,the system's time-constants are 2.7 min and 8.2 min,respectively.%根据槽式太阳能集热器光热转换过程的特点建立了集总参数模型,并通过了实验验证.据此,建立了集热系统的模块化仿真模型,对集热系统稳态、动态特性进行了分析研究.结果表明,太阳直射辐射、传热流体入口温度及流体流量3个主要因素影响集热场的运行特性.当太阳直射辐射量由900 W/m2下降为0时,集热系统的时间常数约为5 min;传热流体流量由11.4 m3/h突升至22.8 m3/h及突降到5.7 m3/h时,时间常数分别为2.7 min及8.2 min.
