逆流再生固定床工艺选型

         

摘要

Three typical cases about technology transformation on counterflow regeneration fixed-bed were summarized.The analysis shows that:counterflow regeneration fixed-bed with gas pres-sure on the top is always used in the fixed-bed with diameter larger than 2.2 m;no top-pressure regeneration fixed-bed is only fit for influent with low salt content and bed with diameter smaller than 2.2 m.Cation double chamber bed is fit for influent in which the molar ratio of carbonate hardness to total cations is above 30%.High-velocity double chamber bed is fit for influent with low salt content.%总结3个逆流再生固定床技术改造的典型案例,对其工艺选型提出以下建议:直径大于2.2 m的逆流再生单室固定床,应选用气顶压逆流再生工艺,相应地应采用大阻力中间排水布水装置;无顶压逆流再生工艺仅适用于原水含盐量较低,且设备直径小于2.2 m的情况.双室阳床在水源中的碳酸盐硬度大于总阳离子含量的30%时运行效果良好;选用双室床时,当水源含盐量较低,可选用高流速双室床.
