深化保定市文化体制机制改革问题研究

近年来，河北省大力推进文化体制改革，采取“挂图作战，倒逼推进”等强力措施破解文化体制改革难题。保定作为历史文化古城，依托地缘优势，在加快经济增长的同时，已将文化体制改革与创新发展列为城市发展的重要部分。就保定市文化体制机制改革中出现的不足以及应对策略进行深入研究与分析，为保定市深化文化体制机制改革提供可行性建议。%In recent years, Hebei province to vigorously promote the reform of the cultural system, take the"wall chart battle, forced to promote the"strong measures to solve the problem in reform of the cultural management system.
