当代农村宗族势力对民主选举的影响及对策

After thousands of years of feudal clan culture product,its negative effects can not be ignored,mainly in democratic elections:the clan forces to seek to maximize the interests of the family, all aspects of election interference exacerbated the contradictions and conflicts between factions It is not conducive to grassroots democracy.An objective look at the impact of patriarchal influence on democratic elections, put forward suggestions to deal with clan forces influence democratic elections,from the protection and harmonious development of rural grassroots democracy healthy.%改革开放以来,宗族势力在中国农村地区死灰复燃,并对基层民主选举产生重要影响.宗族毕竟是几千年封建文化的产物,其消极影响仍不容忽视,主要体现在民主选举中:宗族势力为寻求本族的利益最大化,干扰选举各个环节,加剧各派系之间的矛盾与冲突,不利于基层民主建设.应对宗族势力影响民主选举的对策建议如下:大力发展农村经济,提高村民收入;转变乡镇政府职能,维护农民权益;正确发挥宗族文化积极作用,发扬优秀民族文化.
