低碳新民居建设调研分析——以唐山市为例

低碳新民居建设是践行生态环保理念的有效途径.唐山市新民居建设取得了一定成就,但是在不同类型、不同地区低碳新民居建设还存在各种问题亟待解决:资金哪里来,技术怎么用,态度如何变.基于此对唐山市的迁安市、迁西县、滦南县典型村庄的村民及村干部进行问卷调研和深度访谈,剖析问题原因并提出解决对策.%Low carbon new residential construction is an effective way to practice the concept of ecological environmental protection. Tangshan City new residential construction has achieved some success, but in different types, different areas of low carbon new residential construction still exist various problems to be solved: where is the money from, how to use the technology, how to change the attitude. Based on the questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews to the villagers and village cadresthe of Qian'an City, Qianxi City and Luannan County of Tangshan City, analyze the reasons for the problem and propose solutions.
