大学生入党积极分子双轨分级评价体系初探

摘要

如何提高积极分子群体的质量是基层党建工作面临的重要问题之一，建立一套有效的评价体系对提高积极分子质量具有积极的促进作用。本文利用积极分子自评和群众他评构建双轨评价体系，对大学生入党积极分子质量评价指标体系进行探索，同时对双轨评价体系的结果进行比较分析，将积极分子存在的问题进行分级量化，并在后续工作中将分析结果应用于基层组织的评价指标体系建立中。%How to improve the quality of activist group is one of the most important issues the grassroots party building work facing.
