高能耗企业节能减排视在潜力分析--以徐州市为例

In the beginning of the year of the "13th Five-Year" plan, energy-saving emission reduction has been referred to a new height. The current China, not only guide the orderly development of the world economy, but also bear the burden of energy saving and emission reduction. So, what kind of opportunities and challenges Xuzhou as an energy city will face? Based on this, the paper take Xuzhou City high energy consumption the input-output efficiency of enterprises energy saving and emission reduction as the starting point, comprehensive analyze the potential energy-saving emission reduction and based on proposed scientific, give rationalization proposals, in order to realize the basic national policy to promote"energy-saving emission reduction"as soon as possible and provide a positive force for the construction of"the cultured PENGCHENG with CHU and HAN style, and ecological and harmonious new Xuzhou".%在“十三五”规划的开局之年，节能减排又被提到一个新的高度。当下的中国，不仅引领着世界经济的有序发展，而且自主承担着节能减排的重担。那么，作为能源型城市的徐州又将面临怎样的机遇和挑战？基于此，文章以徐州市高能耗企业节能和减排的投入产出效率为切入点，综合分析节能减排潜力，并且在此基础上提出科学合理化的建议，以期促进“节能减排”这一基本国策的尽快实现，为建设“楚风汉韵古彭城，生态和谐新徐州”提供积极的力量。
