论企业无边界经营

企业已进入无边界经营时代。本文以演化经济学理论和能力理论为基础，论述无边界经营的特征。企业通过无边界经营既保证了企业新奇和变异所需要的认知距离，又实现了共同理解企业目标和愿景所需要的认知亲和力。无边界企业是基于核心能力运作的，是一种创新型组织和有机组织。最后，通过广州原创动力企业跨边界经营和企业扩张的案例，说明无边界企业的运营过程和特点。%Enterprise management has marched into the cross -boundary age today.This article analyses the borderless operation in enterprises, based on the evolutional economics theory and enterprise core ability theory.
