联邦德国“社会市场经济模式”的发展路径及制度建构探微

摘要

联邦德国“社会市场经济模式”的发展主要经历提出与早期运作、稳定中的调整、成熟中的调整和危机中的调整四个时期。已经成熟的“社会市场经济模式”的特点主要表现在遵循自由竞争原则，发挥市场主导作用；实行独立的中央银行运行体制，保证货币的稳定性；建立了完善的社会保障体系，实现了社会公正与稳定三个方面。联邦德国“社会市场经济模式”的制度建构包括保护市场竞争制度建构、国家干预制度建构、劳资共参的企业制度建构和完善的社会保障制度建构四个方面。联邦德国“社会市场经济模式”的发展路径及制度建构也给我国社会主义市场经济体制建设带来了启示。%The development of “social market economy model” in Federal Republic of Germany mainly experiences four stages, including its raise and initial operation, stability adjustment, maturation adjustment and crisis adjustment.The ripe “social market economy” is mainly characterized in following three aspects: the principle of free competition and market’ s leading role, the implementation of an independent central bank operational system to ensure the stability of the currency and the establishment of a sound social security system to achieve social justice and stable.The system construction of “social market economy model” in Federal Republic of Germany includes four aspects: the construction for protection of market competition, the framing of state intervention system, the building of labor co-participation enterprise system and the improvement of social security system.The development path of “social market economy model” in Federal Republic of Germany and its system construction have also brought our inspiration to build socialist market economic system.
