欧盟发展循环经济的经验及对我国的启示

摘要

Developing recycling economy is an important way to alleviate the contradictory between economic development and environmental protection of China. In order to achieve sustainable economic development,we must scientifically formulate the legal,policy and planning of circular economy industry.By popularity of environmental education,improving the environmental legal framework,innovating low-carbon economy policy,and optimizing the management strategy and development plan,the EU has achieved a sustainable economic development and accumulated a wealth of experience in developing circular economy.There are some reference values for China about circular economy policy formulating to promote the development of circular economy.%发展循环经济是缓解我国经济发展与环境保护矛盾的重要途径之一。欧盟在发展循环经济产业的过程中，通过普及环境保护教育、完善环境法律架构、创新低碳经济政策、优化管理战略与发展规划等手段，实现了经济的可持续发展，积累了丰富的循环经济发展经验，对我国科学制定循环经济政策，推动循环经济产业发展，具有一定的借鉴和参考价值。
