基于灰色关联的产学研联盟主体效用评价研究

摘要

In view of the utility theory,this paper analyzed the basic theory on subject utility of industry-university-research institute alliance,and constructed the utility evaluation index system including knowledge output,economic benefits and the personnel training.On the basis,the paper made practical analysis on different factors influencing on different subject utility by using entropy weight coefficient and grey correlation method.The results show that it has obvious consistency between the whole alliance utility and its key factors in general,but there is not obvious consistency between the whole alliance utility and bottom layer indicators,which are analyzed to conclude the reasons that result in their worse correlation.On the basis,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to improve the subjects’utility of industry-university-research institute.%基于效用理论的研究视角，在分析产学研联盟主体效用基本理论的基础上，构建基于知识产出、经济效益和人才培养三维度的产学研联盟主体效用评价指标体系，运用熵权法和灰色关联分析法对各影响因素对不同主体效用的贡献程度进行实证分析。研究结果表明：从总体上看，联盟主体的整体效用与关键要素的关联性表现的较好，但从深层次挖掘分析，各主体效用与底层关联指标的一致性表现的并不突出，由此，分析得出导致两者关联性较差的根本原因，并以此为依据，提出提高产学研联盟主体效用的相应对策与建议。
