脑卒中鼻饲患者在优质护理无陪病房中的护理效果观察

摘要

Objective To Observe clinical effect of no accompany ward service mode in the nasogastric stroke patients with high quality nursing care.Methods Choose 46 cases of nasogastric stroke hospitalized patients and Divided into two groups.23 cases of observation group were implemented by no with high quality nursing ward service mode and 23 cases of control group r implemented outine nursing mode before carried out nonaccompanying ward. Results After 14 days of Nursing,vomiting、aspiration、regurgitation、retention and nasal feeding tubes blocked out and abjection,diarrhea,infection of Observation group compared with control group,P<0.05,and two groups have significant statistical significance (χ2=9.678,P<0.01).Conclusion By high quality nursing without accompany ward nasogastric stroke patients Can got a safe and effective professional nursing care to make all kinds of related complications and adverse reactions can be cleaned timely and effective control,to ensure the quality of nursing and reduce The economic burden of patients,to improve the patients'satisfaction.%目的：观察优质护理无陪病房服务模式在脑卒中鼻饲患者护理中的应用效果。方法将脑卒中鼻饲住院患者46例分为2组，观察组23例，实施优质护理无陪病房服务模式；对照组23例，实施常规护理模式。结果护理14 d后，观察组呕吐、误吸、反流、潴留，鼻饲管堵塞、脱出，腹泻，感染与对照组比较差异有显著统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组对护理工作满意度明显优于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论优质护理无陪病房中脑卒中鼻饲患者能够得到安全、有效的专业护理，从而使各种相关并发症、不良反应均能得到预防和有效控制，保证护理质量的同时减轻患者经济负担，提高了患者满意度。
