舒巢棉/棉混纺筒子纱染色生产实践

摘要

Shuchao cotton is an independently developed modified ester functional fibers with honeycomb porous structure. The cheese dyeing difficulties of Shuchao cotton fiber is its poor tolerance to acid, alkali, and heat. Dyeing of Shuchao cotton/cotton blending cheese presented the characters of Shuchao cotton dyeing and cotton dyeing, and cheese dyeing was carried out by adjusting dyeing technology with the fastnesses reached standards.%舒巢棉纤维是自主研发的蜂窝状微孔结构的聚酯改性功能性短纤维，在染色过程中怕酸怕碱、热缩非常大，是筒子染色的难点；舒巢棉/棉混纺纱染色，兼顾舒巢棉、棉纤维染色特性，调整染色工艺，实现了筒子染色，染色后各项牢度指标均达到标准要求。
