羊毛纤维应用核桃青皮色素草木染色工艺研究

     

摘要

探讨硫酸铝钾后媒染条件下,采用一浴二步法,应用核桃青皮色素染色羊毛纤维的染色工艺,以染色温度、染液用量、媒染剂浓度和染色pH为主要变化因素,进行正交实验,获得优化的染色工艺参数为:染色温度100 ℃,染液用量80 mL,媒染剂用量8%,染色pH=4.5.%The dyeing process of wool fiber with walnut peel pigment was studied by using one-bath-two-step method under the mordant condition of aluminum potassium sulfate. The orthogonal test was carried out with dyeing tempera-ture, dye content, mordant concentration and dyeing pH as the main change factors. The optimum dyeing process param-eters were as follows: dyeing temperature 100 ℃, dye liquor content 80 mL, mordant dosage 8%, dyeing pH=4.5.
