C.I.分散蓝354染色性能研究

             

摘要

The dyeing properties of benzothiophenone methine type C.I. disperse blue 354 and its color fastness under different shaping processes were studied. The results showed that: λmaxof C.I. disperse blue 354 was 620 nm, metal ions in dyeing bath would affect the brightness of dyes, the best dyeing pH value was 4 and the dyeing pH was between 4~5 generally. Due to the high interaction energy of π-π stacking among C.I. disperse blue 354 molecules, the dye had a poor migration and needed a higher initial dyeing temperature which was usually set at 135 ℃. All fastnesses of C.I. disperse blue 354 exhibited the grades of 4~5, excepting for sublimation fastness grades with 3~4. The maximum adsorption ca-pacity for the dye was at its concentration of 8%.%研究了苯并噻吩酮甲川型分散染料C.I.分散蓝354的染色性能,并探讨了在不同定型工艺下的色牢度.结果表明:C.I.分散蓝354的最大吸收波长λmax为620 nm,水质中的金属离子会影响染色鲜艳度;在pH=4时可达到较好的染色效果,一般染色pH可以定为4~5.C.I.分散蓝354分子间π-π堆积作用能较大,染料始染温度较高,移染性很差,一般采用高温135 ℃染色.除了升华色牢度3~4级外,C.I.分散蓝354的各项色牢度均较好,均可以达到4~5级.用量8%时达到最高吸附量.
