抗黄变整理对织物中甲醛质量分数的影响

摘要

Change of formaldehyde content in fabric treated with anti yellowing agent hexyl hydrazine was studied. The effect of the source of anti yellowing agent, dyes and auxiliaries, fabric material on formaldehyde content in the fabric was discussed. The results were verified by different testing methods of formaldehyde. It was confirmed that after a period of time, the formaldehyde content of the sample increased under specific environmental conditions. The mechanism of formaldehyde release, and the way to reduce formaldehyde-releasing (sealing product or using methylated ADH instead of ADH) were put forward.%研究了抗黄剂己二酸己二酰肼(简称ADH)整理织物中甲醛质量分数的变化,从抗黄剂来源、其他染料助剂及面料材质对织物中甲醛质量分数的影响进行探讨,并用不同的甲醛测试方法对结果进行验证,证实经过抗黄变整理的织物于特定环境中放置一段时间后甲醛质量分数会增加,并提出锦纶弹力产品释放甲醛的机理及减少甲醛释放的途径(采用产品密封的方法或用甲基化ADH代替ADH).
