低温条件下还原艳紫2R上染真丝染色性能研究

         

摘要

The possibility of silk fabric dyeing with Vat Brilliant Violet 2R under the premise of not affecting the properties of silk fabric was discussed. The influences of sodium hydrosulfite alkali agent type, pH, silk pro-tectants, dyeing temperature and dyeing time on silk fabric strength were investigated. The color fastness of silk fabric could be improved by dyeing with Vat Brilliant Violet 2R. By adjusting dyeing process and improving the dyeing method, the optimal dyeing process condition were determined: 9 g/L of sodium hydrosulfite, NaOH 2 mol/L,Na2CO3 3 mol/L, pH=11.6, 3 g/L of glucose, dyed at 50 °C for 50 min. The results showed that Vat Brilliant Violet 2R could dye the silk fabric at low temperature. The silk fabric strength loss was 13.40%, dry rubbing fastness was level 4, and wet rubbing fastness was level 3~4, the soaping fastness was above level 4, and the fastness to light was level 6-7.%探讨了在不影响真丝织物性能的前提下,还原艳紫2R上染真丝织物的可能性.研究了保险粉、碱剂种类、pH、丝素保护剂及染色温度和保温时间对织物强力损失的影响,并通过还原艳紫2R染色提高真丝织物染色的各项牢度.经过染色工艺的调整和染色方法的改进,优化了染色工艺:保险粉9 g/L,NaOH 2 mol/L,Na2CO33 mol/L,pH=11.6,50℃,50 min,葡萄糖3 g/L.该工艺使还原艳紫2R在较低温度下即可上染真丝织物.最终织物强力损失为13.40%,干摩擦牢度4级,湿摩擦牢度3~4级,皂洗牢度≥4级,日晒牢度达到6~7级.
