HAP/纳米TiO2复合材料的制备及其光催化性能研究

         

摘要

Anatase type nano-TiO2 was prepared by alkali neutralization precipitation using metatitanic acid as materials. And hydroxyapatite (HAP) was synthesized by coprecipitation method with Ca(NO3)2 and (NH4)2HPO4. Then HAP/nano-TiO2 composite material was prepared by impregnation method. The XRD result showed that nano-TiO2 was pure anatase, HAP was pure HAP phase, and the composite material was formed by anatase type nano-TiO2 and HAP with good crystallization. The UV-vis result showed that the photoresponse of HAP/ nano-TiO2 was better than pure TiO2. The photocatalysis degradation experiments results showed that the pho-tocatalytic degradation efficiency was high when the complex mass ratio of HAP and nano TiO2 was 98:2.%以偏钛酸为原料,采用碱中和沉淀法制备锐钛型纳米TiO2,同时以Ca(NO3)2和(NH4)2HPO4为原料,通过沉淀法制备羟基磷灰石(HAP).再用纳米TiO2和HAP通过浸渍法合成TiO2/HAP复合材料.X衍射结果表明:产物TiO2为纯锐钛型,HAP为纯HAP相,TiO2/HAP复合物由结晶良好的锐钛矿型纳米TiO2与HAP组成.由紫外-可见反射光谱可知,TiO2/HAP复合后,其光响应性能比纯TiO2有所提高.光催化降解试验结果表明,当TiO2/HAP复合材料中m(HAP)∶m(纳米TiO2)=98∶2时,对二氯甲烷光催化降解效率较高.
