含有长链烷基聚丙烯酸系增稠剂的制备和性能研究

         

摘要

An anionic polyacrylate thickener with electrolyte resistance was synthesized by inverse emulsion polymerization method.The effects of hydrophobic monomer octadecyl vinyl ether on the resistance to electrolyte, viscosity of and theological property were investigated.The thermal stability and surface morphology of the copolymers were characterized by microscope and TG.The results showed that when the mass ratio of hydrophobic monomer was 2%(to total monomer massl, the viscosity of paste which thickener concentration was 3.5%(on mass of paste) reached 106 Pa·s, and viscosity index was 0.1.The retention rate of viscosity was 45%when the mass ratio of paste was 5%, the mass ratio of hydrophbic monomer was 2% (to total monomer mass),Electrolyte resistance performance was better.%采用反相乳液聚合法合成了抗电解质型聚丙烯酸阴离子增稠剂.研究了疏水单体十八烷基乙烯基醚对抗电解质性能、白浆粘度、流变性能的影响.分别采用显微镜、热重法对乳胶颗粒形态和共聚物热稳定性进行表征.结果表明:w(疏水单体)=2%(对单体总质量)时,w(增稠剂)=3.5%(对白浆质量)时,白浆粘度达106 Pa·s,粘度指数为0.1.含2%(对单体总质量)疏水单体的白浆质量分数为5%,粘度保留率可达45%,抗电解质性能较好.
