The finishing agent for textile coating was referred to as coating agent, which is kind of polymer evenly coating on the fabric surface and form thin film. The preparation, characteristic and application of coating agent developed for fabric in recent years were summarized, such as polyacrylate, polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride, polysiloxane coating agents.
