短链含氟丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯的合成及性能研究

     

摘要

用短链含氟丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯,通过单体预乳化法合成聚氨酯-含氟丙烯酸酯(FPUA)复合乳液.用红外光谱表征了乳液的结构,AFM、SEM-EDX分析了胶膜表面的形貌和成分,研究了含氟单体用量对胶膜力学性能、热性能、表面自由能与耐水性的影响.结果表明:氟原子在成膜过程中逐渐向表面迁移,随着含氟单体用量的增加,胶膜表面的氟原子含量逐渐增加;在提高胶膜拉伸强度、热性能的同时,表面自由能由45.7 mJ/m2下降到20.2 mJ/m2;经FPUA乳液处理过的棉织物具有仿荷叶效应,与去离子水的接触角可达136.8°,具有较强的疏水性能.%Polyurethane-fluorinated acrylate emulsion (FPUA) was prepared through modification of water-borne polyurethane with short-chain fluorinated acrylate by monomer pre-emulsion method. The structure of the emulsion was characterized by IR. The film surface morphology and composition was analyzed using AFM and SEM-EDX. The influences of amount of fluorine-containing monomer on mechanical properties, thermal properties, surface free energy and water resistance were investigated. The results showed that fluorine gradu-al y migrated to the surface during the film-forming process. The fluorine atom content of the surface in-creased with the increase in the amount of fluorine-containing monomer. The mechanical and thermal proper-ties of the film increased, and the surface free energy of film decreased from 45.7 mJ/m2 to 20.2 mJ/m2. The cotton fabric after FPUA emulsion finished had the imitation lotus leaf effect with water contact angle of 136.8° and super hydrophobic property.
