板栗壳植物染料在棉织物上的染色性能研究

摘要

采用壳聚糖对棉织物改性并进行板栗壳植物染料染色,通过正交试验得到最佳的改性工艺:壳聚糖用量3％,pH=5,温度80℃,时间40 min;染色最佳工艺为:pH=5,温度80℃,时间60 min.染色棉织物具有良好的抗紫外性能和抗氧化性能,经硫酸亚铁后媒染之后,色牢度也有提高.%Chitosan was used to modify the cotton fabric and the modified fabric was dyed with chestnut shell dyes.Through orthogonal experiment,the modified optimum conditoins were obtained:the amount of chitosan 3％,pH=5,temperature 80 ℃,time 40 min.The dyeing optimum conditions were obtained:pH=5,temperature 80 ℃,time 60 min.Dyed cotton fabric had good anti UV performance and antioxidant properties.After ferrous sulfate mordant dyeing,the color fastness also improved.
