改性棉织物活性荧光黄FL无盐染色

摘要

采用活性荧光黄FL对改性棉织物进行无盐染色,探讨了氯化钠和碳酸钠用量、染色温度和时间对改性棉织物染色性能的影响,测试了改性棉织物染色K/S值和染色牢度.结果表明:活性荧光黄FL 1%(omf),碳酸钠10 g/L,染色温度65℃,保温时间40 min时,改性棉织物无盐染色具有较好的染色性能和较高的耐洗和耐摩擦色牢度.%The reactive florescent yellow FL was used in salt-free dyeing of modified fabrics. The effects of the concentration of sodium chloride and sodium carbonate, finishing temperature and time on the dyeing performance of modified cotton fabrics were researched, and the dyeing K/S value and color fastness were tested. The results showed that when the salt-free dyeing process was reactive fluorescent yellow FL 1% (omf), sodium carbonate 10 g/L, dyeing temperature 65 ℃, time 40 min, the dyeing performance and color fastness to washing and rubbing were good.
