Rapid development of mobile Internet has created challenges to the traditional way of telecom-services definition. Some standards organizations, such as 3GPP has begun to define service capability feature instead of service procedure. And open interface (API) of network capability are provided to the third party developers. In this paper, service delivery platform discussed in 3GPP and OMA was introduced. Then we proposed the features of next-generation SDP and a potential architecture.%移动互联网增值业务快速发展,对传统的业务定义方式提出了挑战,3GPP等标准组织从业务定义转向了业务能力的定义,并通过业务能力的标准接口开放支撑第三方移动互联网增值业务的发展.对3GPP、SDP、OMA等标准组织对业务网络架构体系分析入手,阐述了为何引入业务网络的概念,并结合标准的分析,对业务网络的体系架构进行了研究.
