PON技术在平安城市中的应用——上海“城市光网”技术创新和应用实践之七

摘要

This paper analyzes the evolution of video technology, studies of analog and digital development of network technology, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages comparison of different network technology, describes using the city optical network based on PON technology has more advantages in the application of video monitoring network system. At the same time, it is concerned about the operation and maintenance and technical problems and explore solutions of PON to carry video system.%以往平安城市视频监控系统的承载网络以传统的点对点系统为主,因此网络建设成本尤其是光缆网建设成本非常高.当前,各电信运营商已全面开展以PON技术为主的光纤网络建设,采用PON技术建设平安城市的承载网络,是一种技术创新和行业信息化应用的实践.通过分析视频监控技术的演进,研究模拟与数字承载网络技术的发展,分析比较各种承载网技术的优劣,阐述采用以PON技术为基础的城市光网,在平安城市中承载应用具备的优势.同时,提出PON承载视频监控系统需关注的运维和技术问题并且探讨其解决方案.
