Through system-level simulation, the article studies the downlink system performance of three heterogeneous networks, which are macro cell/micro cell, macro cell/femto cell and macro cell/micro cell/femto cell, and has a comparison with macro cell's performance, meanwhile, models of three-dimensional signal propagation loss and user distribution have been built up. Results on different cell' s (macro cell, micro cell, femto cell) coverage and capacity characteristics in heterogeneous network are come up with after we compare four different TD-LTE network' s performance in different height.
