火电机组引风机变频改造项目分析——皖江公司2#机组变频项目详解

Both units of Wonjoint Power Co.,Ltd.（WJ） are very superior,but they still have energy saving and consumption reducing space compared to the highest level similar units in the domestic.Therefore,WJ does an exploration of frequency conversion in the energy saving on #1,and its effect was obvious.WJ goes on the conversion of #2 after #1unit conversion successfully.This article mainly proofes the feasibility、sustainability and necessity of high voltage frequency conversion project on the #2,and analyzes its economic,social and environmental benefits in detail,and then carries on high voltage frequency conversion of #2.%皖江公司两台机组虽然性能非常优越,但与国内同类机组中的最高水平相比仍具有很大的节能降耗空间。为此,皖江公司在节能降耗的探索中对#1炉引风机进行了变频改造,节能效果明显。在#1炉引风机变频改造成功的经验基础上,又对#2炉引风机进行高压变频调速改造的可行性、持续性和必要性,以及由此产生的经济、社会和环境效益作了详细分析,随后进行了#2炉高压变频调速改造。
