GIS气体光声光谱法检测技术研究

         

摘要

If we can monitor the insulation defects of GIS devices online, we can detect defects in time, which will be more secure for the safe operation of GIS devices. Photoacoustic spectroscopy is used to analyze the volume fraction of SF6 decomposition components and their change rules, so as to realize monitoring and it is the current research hotspot. In this paper, based on the decomposition components of SF6 gas, the principle and application of photoacoustic spectroscopy detection, as well as the on-line monitoring system based on this method were described in detail, and the development of photoacoustic spectroscopy was introduced. In order to detect the defects in time and efficiently, the method will develop in the direction of realizing the detection of multi component gas, high sensitivity, low detection limit, and the establishment of an online comprehensive and effective monitoring system.%如果能够在线监测GIS设备的绝缘缺陷情况,则可及时地发现其缺陷,GIS设备的安 全运行将会更有保障.运用光声光谱法对SF6气体分解组分的体积分数及其变化规律进行分析,以实现监测是目前的研究热点.文中从SF6气体的分解组分出发,结合当前实际情况详细阐述了光声光谱法的检测原理、应用,以及基于该方法的在线 监测系统,介绍了光声光谱法的发展情况:为了监测系统能够及时高效地发现缺陷,该方法将向实现对多组分混合气体的 检测、高的灵敏度、低的检测下限、建立在线全面有效监测系统等方向发展.
