叙事心理治疗对乳癌患者心理康复的影响

摘要

目的：观察叙事心理治疗对乳癌术后患者心理康复的影响。方法将64例患者随机分为治疗组32人，对照组32人。对照组给予规范化治疗和基本的健康教育，治疗组在给予规范化治疗和基本的健康教育基础上，加用叙事心理治疗，两组患者分别在入院日和出院日应用抑郁自评量表（SDS）及焦虑自评量表（SAS）进行心理评估，并做统计学分析。结果干预后，治疗组的SDS评分及SAS评分，均明显降低；治疗组的SDS评分和SAS评分，明显低于对照组，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论叙事心理治疗使乳癌术后患者树立起对生活的信心，对患者的心理康复有积极作用，值得在临床应用和推广。%Objective To observe the effect of narrative psychotherapy on psychological rehabilitation of patients with breast cancer. Methods 64 cases of patients were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group. Patients in the control group underwent standardized treatment of cancer and relative health education, but the treatment group strengthen health education by narrative psychotherapy and take corresponding intervention based on standardized treatment of cancer. Two groups of patients, respectively, at admission and discharge date, had been conducted a psychological assessment with self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-assessment anxiety scale (SAS), and the effect of narrative psychotherapy on psychological rehabilitation had been compared by statistical analysis. Results After the intervention, SDS scores and SAS scores of the treatment group, are significantly reduced;SDS scores and SAS scores of the treatment group, significantly lower than the control group with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusions The narrative psychotherapy, in favor of breast cancer patients establishing confidence in life, can significantly promote the rehabilitation of patients. It is worth of clinical application and promotion.
