质量成本管理在工程实践中的应用

摘要

Based on the example of reconstructing project for the instrument of No.4 furnace in Jihua Power Factory,the analysis and introduction are given to means and measures of process control about prevention cost,identification cost,internal fault cost and external fault cost in the management of quality cost in the project.%通过对吉化动力厂4#炉仪表改造工程的实例,分析介绍了在工程中质量成本管理中预防成本、鉴定成本、内部故障成本和外部故障成本的过程控制手段和措施。
