驻厂监造工作中的质量管理

摘要

运用全面质量管理的方法。通过对驻厂监造人员、设备、计划、实施细则、记录、报告、档案和HSE管理等几个方面的分析，认为驻厂监造工作必须严格按照全面质量管理，才能不断提高驻厂监造工作质量和水平，并提出了一些合理化的建议。%By means of total quality management methods, and through the analysis of the following aspects like mill supervision of personnel, equipment, planning, implementation details, records, reports, archives and HSE management, it is considered that mill su- pervision must be strictly in accordance with total quality management, and thus improve the quality and level of mill supervision. Fi- nally, some sensible suggestions are put forward.
