Based on the theories of Fuzzy Mathematics and Analytical Hierarchy Process ,comprehensively considering the engineering safety ,Economic efficiency and ecological efficiency ,a new Dam Safety Evaluation method is given in this paper .%　　基于模糊数学理论与层次分析法，综合考虑了水库大坝的工程安全、经济效益、生态环境效益，为水库大坝安全鉴定提供了一种新思路。
