声体波微波延迟线技术研究

摘要

BAW delay line device is widely used in radar and communication systems .This article describes the principle of operation , parameters ,and time - domain characteristics of a microwave BAW delay line .Introduced the design method of microwave BAW delay lines ,to overcome the traditional delay line limited by the length and size of substrate material ,to meet the radar ,communications , electronic device such as the demand for long delay electric signal .%　　声体波延迟线是在雷达和通信应用系统中非常广泛的器件。文章简述了声体波微波延迟线的工作原理、参数和时域特性；介绍了声体波微波延迟线的设计方法，以及克服传统延迟线受基片材料长度和器件尺寸限制，满足雷达、通信等电子设备对长延时电信号的需求。
