In view of the problems of welding, installation and maintainability in the practical application of oil pipe, this paper analysed the welding design, Oil piping installation and maintainability, offered suggestion of welding design and maintainability , analysed freedom and space dis-tance of commonly used oil pipe installation structure , offered Applicable occasions of all structure.%油管广泛应用于机电设备的冷却循环系统。鉴于油管在焊接、安装和使用维护过程中常出现的问题，从油管设计、油管安装自由度和油管可维护性三个方面进行分析，给出油管焊接设计、可维护性设计的相关建议，分析了三种常用油管安装结构的自由度和空间距离，给出了各结构的适用场合。
