轨道交通装备制造型企业知识工程的实施及应用研究

摘要

This paper introduces the knowledge management status of domestic typical railway transportation equipment manufac-turing enterprise.It’s pointed out the necessity of implementing knowledge engineering management.This paper interprets the to-tal target and implementing process of knowledge engineering.The first two stages of the project have been finished,and obtain the ideal progress and achievement.With the further implement of this project,knowledge engineering will play a more and more important role in enterprise development.%介绍了国内典型的轨道交通装备制造企业的知识管理现状，指出了实施专业知识工程管理的必要性，并阐述了企业实施知识工程的目标和实施步骤策略，三期知识工程项目目前已经完成了前两期，取得了理想的进展和效果。随着知识工程的进一步开展实施，也必将在企业发展中发挥越来越重要的作用。
