中资跨国公司商业模式与国际化战略匹配关系研究

     

摘要

旨在探讨从国内经营走向跨国经营的中国企业的商业模式与其国际化战略之间的匹配适应关系.为此, 围绕这些匹配关系提出了研究假设, 并应用多案例研究方法检验了这些假设.文中研究发现:对于中资跨国公司而言, 效率型商业模式匹配适应全球整合战略能够提升企业绩效, 新颖型商业模式匹配适应全球整合战略和本地响应战略均能提升企业绩效;在中国企业国际化经营情境下, 新颖型商业模式较效率型商业模式更具适应性.这些结论表明, 中资跨国公司需要实现商业模式与国际化战略之间的匹配适应, 具体来说:在实施全球整合战略下中资跨国公司不仅可以采纳效率型商业模式也可以采纳新颖型商业模式;而在实施本地响应战略下中资跨国公司只能采纳新颖型商业模式.%This study explored the fit between business model and international strategy for Chinese corporations moving from domestic operations to transnational operations. To this end, this paper proposed research hypotheses around these fitting relationships, and tested these hypotheses by using the multiple-case study. The results show that efficiency-centered business models fit with global integration strategy for Chinese MNCs to enhance firm performance, while novelty-centered business models fit with both global integration strategy and local responsiveness strategy for Chinese MNCs to enhance firm performance; in the context of Chinese MNCs' international operation, novelty-centered business models are more adaptable than efficiency-centered business models. Specifically: under the implementation of the global integration strategy, Chinese MNCs can adopt not only efficiency-centered business models but also novelty-centered business models; while implementing local responsiveness strategy, Chinese MNCs can only adopt novelty-centered business models.
