硅产业调研及基于硅资源深加工的硅材料标准研究（一）

摘要

In this article, the silicon industry of international and domestic was investigated, the writers made the assessment and prediction on the status and development trend of the major industries and the main products ,and established the silicon material standard system on the basis of classification in the silicon industry. Standed by the standardization strategy and the development of silicon industry, this paper analyzed the standard conditions of major industries and the main products of deep processing of resources on silicon, and pointed out to fill, complete specific projects and measurement.%文章对国际与国内硅产业进行了调研，重点对主要产业、主要产品的现状和发展趋势进行了评估和预测，在对硅产业分类的基础上建立了硅材料标准体系。文章以实施标准化战略，助推我国硅产业跨越发展的视角，对有关硅资源深加工的主要产业、主要产品的标准状况进行了分析，探明了标准空白地带，指出了填补、完善的具体项目和措施。
