LED变焦灯构件(模组)的研发与应用

         

摘要

Three significant problems are turned out after analyzing to lighting solutions from lighting projects and the designs and applicatons of LED lighting products: 1) Most traditional interior lighting lamps have single illumination beam angle which is not zoomable, leading to low lighting efficiency in application; only if in the professional stage lighting application, zoomable lighting products are used. 2) Existing zoombale lighting products are inappropriatedly and not wildly utilied in commercial and home lighting, which is in low market volume. 3) Congeneric LED technique and related products are rarely found. This assignment is to explore and develop the LED zoomable module and related techinique, which can solve the problems mentioned above, in terms of technique application, modele design, production processing and combination to other technology.%通过分析照明工程的灯具解决方案以及LED照明产品的设计与应用后,发现三大问题:1)大部分室内传统的照明灯具大部分只有单一的照射角度、不具备调焦的功能,光的有效利用低,而且仅在非常专业的舞台灯光及户外景观应用的领域才用到可变焦的照明灯具产品。2)由于变焦的技术及灯具的成本昂贵,耗能大,体积大,不适宜商业和家用照明广泛应用,市场占有率少。3)极少同类的L E D技术和相关产品。本文通过技术应用、模组的整体设计、制作工艺与其他技术结合几大方面去探讨和研发出可解决以上LED照明应用问题的LED变焦模组与相关技术。
