城市小汽车尾号限行的经济学分析

摘要

城市交通问题随着城市人口密度和小汽车保有量的增加而逐渐突显，解决城市交通问题已成为热门话题和难题。从经济学角度分析“小汽车尾号限行”来解决交通问题，在短期看是有效果的，但在长期看不能很好地解决城市交通问题。提出解决城市交通问题的建议和措施。%As the population destiny and the inventory of the car increasing the urban transportation problems are more and more serious. To solve the urban traffic problems have became a big challenge and a hot topic. This paper illustrate it is effective in short term by ＂vehicle restriction rule＂ to solve the urban traffic problems from the economic view point. But in the long term this policy is not effective enough. At last, proposing the solutions of urban transportation problems and the measures of the solutions.
