我国粮油上市公司经营绩效综合评价——基于因子分析和聚类分析

摘要

This paper constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system of operating performance of cereal and oil listed company including 12 indexes. Then taking 21 cereal and oil listed companies as the example.it evaluates their operating performance by using the method of factor analysis and cluster analysis duing 1997-2011. The result shows as follows;affected by the financial crisis in 2007,the operating performances of cereal and oil listed companies show cyclical change and are not very good during 2007-2011 ,and there is a large gap between top level and bottom level;although the growth ability is very well,but it does not have positive impacts on their performance,which implies that cereal and oil listed companies in China pay excessive attention on scale expansion,but overlook the enhancing of quality;profit ability is the crucial factor affecting operating performance.%构建了包括12项指标的粮油上市公司经营绩效评价指标体系,以我国21家粮油上市公司为研究对象,利用其2007-2011年的指标数据,运用因子分析方法,对其2007-2011年的经营绩效进行综合评价,并运用聚类分析方法对21家样本上市公司进行聚类分析.研究结果表明:受2007年金融与经济危机的影响,21家粮油上市公司的经营绩效总体上呈顺周期变化,且整体水平不高、彼此差距较大；虽然其成长能力较强,但并未对经营绩效的提高产生积极影响,这意味着我国粮油上市公司偏重量的扩张,忽略了质的提升；盈利能力是影响我国粮油上市公司综合经营绩效的关键因素.
