Geopolymer-based thermal insulation material was prepared applied kaolin clay, sodium silicate and starch foam particles as raw materials. The apparent density, folding strength, water absorption and thermal insulation of the thermal insulation materials were investigated. The experimental results showed that the apparent density was 1.01~1.78g/cm3, the folding strength was 2.81~1.35MPa, and the water absorption was 0.67%~20.5%. Furthermore, the thermal conductivity coefficient of the composites was decreased from 1.99W/m.K to 1.46W/m.K when the addition of starch foam was 7.5 % compared to pure geopolymer.%以地聚物和淀粉泡沫颗粒为原料制备了外墙保温隔热材料,研究其表观密度、抗弯性能、吸水率及保温性能。实验结果表明,该材料的表观密度在1.01~1.78g·cm-3之间,抗弯强度在2.81~1.35MPa之间,吸水率在0.67%~20.5%之间。与纯地聚物相比,添加了7.5份淀粉泡沫颗粒的地聚物复合材料其导热系数由1.99W·(m·K)-1降到1.46W·(m·K)-1。
