Based on the overall arrangement structure of an aluminum electro-coating workshop and DH+ based PLC control network, a real time supervise system is developed with LabWindows/CVI software. The data communication between the PLC and LabWindows/CVI is served by Rslinx C SDK. The supervise system has an effective and user-friendly human-machine interface, and is capable of performing on-line monitoring, including data acquisition, transmission, display, and control, as well as data archiving.%根据电泳涂装生产车问的布局结构及工艺要求,构建基于DH+的PL.C控制网络.开发基J.于LabWindows/CVI的实时监控系统.系统通过RSI,inx C SDK提供的库函数,实现LabWindows/CVI与ABRockwell公司SLC500型PLC的通信.将采集的数据进行处理后实现对生产线的实时显示、控制、报警及数据存档等.系统用户界面友好,动态响应快,满足生产线监控的实时性和动态性要求.
