针对A356铝合金炉结构特点,以PIC单片机为控制器,结合模糊控制理论与传统PID控制的优点设计出这套智能温度控制系统,该系统可以缩短温度上升时间、减小超调量并使温度能平稳的保持在设定值.利用RS-485总线技术将三台加热炉组成控制网络,通过上位PC机实现对各个炉温的单独监控,不仅提高了产品质量及生产效率而且实现冶炼车间的自动化控制.%Aiming at the structural characteristics of A356 aluminum alloy furnace, using PIC as controller, combining fuzzy control theory and the traditional PID control, this intelligent temperature control system is designed. This system can shorten the temperature rising time, reduce overshoot to maintain stable settings. Control network is composed for three furnaces by using RS485 bus technology. Individual temperature control is realized through host PC. It not only improve the product quality and production efficiency, but also achieve automatic control of smelting workshop.
