丙烯制冷压缩机的防喘振控制

         

摘要

a propylene refrigeration compressor is replaced in Olefin Factory of PetroChina Liaoyang Petrochemical Company after 200Kt/a ethylene are enlarged.The change of working point or condition can cause surge, it should be avoied.An open loop and closed loop control mode is combinated together and controller's establishment value is variable.When the actual entry flow is far apart from the surge limiting point, the closed loop PI control is used, otherwise cut-off closed loop and the step-like output is used in controller to open the anti-surge valve quickly, it has been relatively stable from alteration to now and achieves good economic results.%中国石油辽阳石化分公司烯烃厂裂解装置扩能200Kt/a后更换了一台丙烯制冷压缩机,工作点和介质状态的变化会使压缩机发生喘振,喘振是必须避免的现象,该台压缩机的喘振控制系统采用开环和闭环结合变极限的控制方式,当实际入口流量距喘振的极限点较远时采用闭环PI控制,否则切断闭环输出,控制器立即采用阶跃式的输出迅速打开防喘振控制阀.装置从开车至今运行一直较为平稳,取得了较好的经济效益.
