This paper describes the application of PCL7 system user-defined block on the production procedure of viscose staple fiber. Using object-oriented function block (FB) writes control program for viscose staple fiber. Moreover, it introduces the program writing process with Structure Control Language (SCL).%本文阐述了西门子PCS7系统自定义功能块在粘胶化纤生产控制中的应用,利用面向对象的STEP7功能块(FB)编写专用的粘胶化纤工艺控制程序,以及如何利用SCL语言编写粘胶化纤工艺功能块的编写过程.
