新华DCS创建仿真系统的实现方法

摘要

随着自动化控制技术的高速发展,对控制系统的操作人员和维护人员都提出了更高的要求,企业一般不会采购一套完整的DCS系统用于培训,更不可能采购一套生产设备配合控制系统专用于培训,因此,使用仿真系统来代替实际的DCS系统和现场生产装置显得尤其重要.本文介绍了使用上海新华DCS控制系统自带的VXCU软件创建仿真系统的具体过程,实现了对硬件控制器和现场设备的仿真,对DCS系统维护人员和设备操作人员的培训具有重要意义.%Along with the high speed development of automatic control technology,higher requirements are put forward to operators and maintenance men of control systems.Enterprises are impossible to purchase a complete set of DCS system for training generally,less likely to buy a set of production equipment control system specially used for training,therefore the use of simulation system to replace the actual DCS system and the field production device are particularly important.This paper describes the concrete process to create the simulation system by using Shanghai Xinhua DCS control system with VXCU software to realize simulation of hardware controllers and field equipments.It has important significance for the training of maintenance men and equipment operator of DCS system.
