三维磁场扫描仪的设计与研究

         

摘要

针对以往磁场测量仪器只对磁场中单点进行测量缺点,设计了测量三维磁场矢量以及可以反映磁场分布的测量装置.本装置基于3D扫描平台和Marlin固件平台,采用三维磁场传感器MLX90393,用Arduino嵌入式系统控制三维磁场传感器的测量空间范围以及输出测量数据.经过计算机处理,用上位机软件Cura和Matlab处理数据,最后得出待测空间磁场的三维矢量分布图.这样可以方便、快捷的测出空间磁场强度.%In view of the shortcomings of single point measurement in magnetic field, the measurement device for measuring the 3D magnetic field vector and the distribution of the magnetic field are designed. The device based on the platform of 3D scanning platform and Marlin firmware, using three-dimensional magnetic field sensor MLX90393, using Arduino embedded system to control the three-dimensional magnetic field sensor measurement range and output measurement data. After computer processing, using the host computer software Cura and Matlab processing data, and finally the three-dimensional vector distribution map of the measured space magnetic field is obtained. This can be convenient and fast to measure the strength of the magnetic field.
