目前井下工具面角测量普遍存在解算误差大的问题,基于测量仪器输出信号与姿态参数间的三角函数关系,研究并设计一种除法电路,从而实现工具面角的模拟解耦与计算.利用离散方法对电路进行45°定井斜和0至90°范围内变井斜测试;并针对输出角度在85°至90°范围内解算误差大的现象,采用不同井斜角进行了连续测量.得出测试电路的解算误差较小,最小误差仅为0.098°,且最大误差保持在0.5°以内.%The downhole tool face angle measurement accuracy is of great errors.So this article is based on measuring instrument of trigonometric function relationship between output single and attitude parameters,researches and designs a kind of division circuit to implement the decoupled simulation and calculation of tool face angle.Discrete method is used to analyse the circuit of 45°inclination and within the scope of 0-90°deviation test.And in view of the output angle calculating with 85°-90°of the phenomenon of the great error,uses different inclinations to achieve continuous measurement.It is obtained that the circuit calculation is of low error,the minimum error is only 0.098°and the maximum error is kept within 0.5°.
