基于PICK22单片机的剩余电流电气火灾探测器设计

         

摘要

The design process of fire monitoring detector includes the selection of main control chip,the design of residual current detection circuit,the design of temperature monitoring circuit,the design of communication interface and the debugging of the circuit.Design of electrical fire monitoring detector is based on PICK22 MCU.It selects the ZY-F 100A current sensor,using the dual filter I/V transform circuit structure,temperature detector selects PT100,communication interface for the RS-485 type,communication chip model for MAX485.Then it carries on the circuit debugging,from the debugging result to see:at the peak place,the wave chart fluctuation is obvious,the circuit stable operation is disadvantageous,therefore it needs to adjust the signal.The design conception and method can achieve a high performance,and it has positive reference value for the electrical fire monitoring.%火灾监控探测器设计过程包括主控芯片选择、剩余电流探测电路设计、温度监测电路设计、通信接口设计以及电路调试等基本环节.基于PIC K22单片机对电气火灾监控探测器进行设计.选择ZY-F100A电流传感器,采用双滤波I/V变换电路结构,温度探测器选择PT100,通信接口为RS-485型,通信芯片型号为MAX485.随后对其进行电路调试,从调试结果看:在峰值处,波形图波动明显,对电路稳定运行不利,因此需要进行信号调理.该设计构思及方法可实现性较高,对电气火灾监控具有积极的参考价值.
